Whether we are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction issues, concentration difficulties, relationship issues etc, when we improve how our brain functions, by strengthening our wise brain and quieting our survival brain (through mindfulness and other techniques), then we increase our ability to live the life that is meaningful to us.

I utilize mindfulness based therapeutic approaches such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy as well as Accelerated Resolution Therapy which is an evidence based therapy for trauma and many other barriers to living fully.
